About Bill Dubbs Bill Dubbs, founder and president of Williams Executive Search, has more than 20 years of professional and executive recruiting experience. Recent successful engagements include representation of companies in the search for and selection of a president, CEO and COO – the executive team for an e-commerce start-up. He has recently filled several CFO positions, vice president-sales and marketing positions as well as other management titles. Bill Dubbs is nationally known and recognized in the field of executive search. He is a board member of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruiters, the industry’s largest association. He also is a member of the National Association of Corporate directors. Bill Dubbs also has hands-on publishing experience, his company having created and launched an annual reference book entitled, “Diversity in Corporate America,” which he subsequently sold to a publishing company.
